What causes the pay gap?

Now that we know what the pay gap is, let's think about the reasons that can cause it. One of the main causes is gender discrimination. Since ancient times, women and men have been greatly differentiated, the latter being the ones in charge in most cultures of supporting the family, holding jobs and making a career. It would also be very helpful promote quality jobs and high ranks among women. It is clear that talent does not depend on gender, so workers cannot be valued for their gender, it must be done for their performance.
